Shipping policy

We ship to addresses within the United States.

 

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it ships.

 

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons.

 

Shipping rates: shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Tracking: use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us.

 

Address issues: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

 

Lost or damaged packages: if your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@suiterider.com and we'll help make it right.
